1. Who we are
IZIPAWS Pty Ltd ("iziPaws", "we", "us") is an Australian company building kennel and breeder management software. This site (izipaws.com) is currently a research and validation platform. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. What we collect
When you complete our breeder survey, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your state of residence
- Survey responses about your breeding business practices
- Your preferred interview time (if applicable)
We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act.
3. How we use your information
We use your information solely to:
- Conduct research into the needs of Australian dog breeders
- Contact you to arrange a research interview (if you opted in)
- Send you updates about iziPaws if you requested them
- Improve our product before launch
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Where your data is stored
Survey responses are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, located in the australia-southeast1 (Sydney) region. Email notifications are processed via Resend (resend.com). No data is transferred outside Australia for storage purposes.
5. How long we keep it
We retain your survey response for the duration of our research phase (estimated 12 months). You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
6. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of future communications at any time
7. Cookies & analytics
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Basic server logs (Vercel) may record your IP address and browser type for security purposes only.
